Pricing:
1 Dog $76/Calendar Day
2 Dog $120/Calendar Day
Medications $8/day
Everything else is included.
You can bring your own food if you want but not necessary.

Monday to Friday
7:30am – 9am and 4pm – 5:30pm
Saturday & Sunday
10-10:15am and 4-4:15pm

Doggy Daycare is the perfect solution for energetic dogs, working pet parents, or those with a busy schedule.

5 Day Pass $210
10 Day Pass $380
20 Day Pass $665.71

Grooming
Qimmiq now offers grooming services for dogs of all sizes. Our grooming package includes a bath, brushing, blowout, and deshedding treatment for only $150. Plus, your pet will enjoy a day of daycare while they are being pampered. Trust us to keep your furry friend looking and feeling their best!

About us
Qimmiq Kennels is the largest and longest running Dog Daycare & Boarding Facility in Yellowknife. Qimmiq was started in 2008 by Jo Kelly and in July of 2024 it changed ownership to Greg and Christy Lewylle.
Christy previously owned and operated Pet Paradise North here in Yellowknife where they specialized in providing indoor dog daycare as well as individual attention to each furry guests.
Christy is now continuing that legacy with our larger, more expansive daycare and boarding here at Qimmiq. We want to help make sure your furry friends are always happy when you’re away!

Previously known as Chips
My Name is Vers, My new parents named me after their favourite superhero. During the Behchokǫ̀ wildfires in summer of 2023 I was rescued by the Tlicho Animal Care Society and brought to what ended up being my temporary home at Pet Paradise. Christy and the staff at Pet Paradise took me in and made me family. After months of living at Pet Paradise Christy flew with me all the way to Ontario where I live now with my furry sister Athena where we spend our days running around our country property and camping on the weekends. Christy and her passion helped make my story a success and she has brought this passion with her to Qimmiq.
